2024 Cruiser Races and Events

The 2024 Ellan Vannin Maritime Centre Round the Island Race will be held on Saturday 6 July, for full details and to get a copy of the Notice of Race and Entry Form please go to the RTI pages.

This year we will try for some evening sails in the yachts which could be short races or just a bit of a sail round the bay for learners or people who just want to go for a sail with some company.  There are a number of evening events when the tides are in.  Newcomers will be accommodated on these trips if skippers can safely manage them – attendance at the boats will be 30 minutes before the bridge swing and putting boats to bed half an hour after the bridge swing back after which you will be welcomed into the club and encouraged to join if not already a member.  Best to drop into the club the Sunday lunchtime beforehand or other opportunity to fix up a ride.
