Slow start, slow racing!!

On Sunday morning with no wind, continuous light drizzle and a miserable 4 degrees reading on the thermometer, it didn’t look as though there was going to be any dinghy racing on the reservoir at West Baldwin for the start of the Bourne Plaice February Series. The previous week thick mist had forced a cancellation and most of the dozen sailors seemed to be willing some wind to appear.
